Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored advice on sales and lettings options
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate agreements between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating property listings, and maintaining accurate records
- Liaise effectively with all parties involved to ensure smooth communication throughout the transaction process
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and local advertising
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale or let to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and relevant legislation to offer informed guidance
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is essential; a keen willingness to learn is important. Use of Goodlord and Alto
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions
- Multilingual abilities are considered a significant advantage in serving diverse client bases
- Excellent organisational skills are required to manage multiple properties and client enquiries efficiently
- Experience within the property or real estate sector will be mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
