Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a customer service advisor to join our team over the busy summer period until the end of September.
Your main duties will include:
· Answering incoming calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Answering and re-directing calls from suppliers, schools or universities
· Responding to emails from customers
· Providing updates to customers relating to orders or deliveries

· Genuine, respectful and accountable
· Works well in a fast paced environment
· Remains calm and focussed with internal and external customers
· Not afraid to ask for help
What do you need?
· Track record of providing excellent customer service over the phone
