We're looking for a Front of House Team Member to join our gym team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first face our members see when they arrive and play a key part in creating a welcoming, clean and motivating environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting members and visitors with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Assisting with memberships, enquiries and day-to-day reception duties.
- Helping to create a positive and motivating atmosphere within the gym.
- Keeping the gym floor, changing rooms and communal areas clean, tidy and presentable.
- Carrying out regular cleaning checks throughout your shift.
- Opening and closing the facility when required.
- Supporting the team to ensure the gym runs smoothly.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.

- A positive, enthusiastic and approachable personality.
- Someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Confident communicating with members and colleagues.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
Important Information
This is an active role and involves a significant amount of cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities alongside reception duties. We're looking for someone who understands that a great gym experience starts with a clean, safe and welcoming environment and is happy to take ownership of maintaining those standards.
