Role Overview
We are looking for a practical, organised an proactive Property Support Coordinator to support our Block Management Team.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining site inspections, practical site support and general administration.
Previous property experience is not required. We’re looking for someone with good common sense, a practical approach and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. Experience within building, maintenance, facilities or a similar environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine inspections of residential and mixed use developments, taking clear photographs and completing inspection reports.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damage and obvious health and safety concerns to the Property Manager, assisting with coordinating contractors and repairs where appropriate.
- Follow up outstanding works and provide site updates to Property Managers.
- Assist with onboarding new developments, including initial site visits with the assigned Property Manager, taking photographs to build a clear picture and gathering key property information.
- Install or replace managing agent, fire safety, emergency contact and other site signage as required.
- Assist with keys, fobs, access arrangements and site records.
- Meet contractors on site, provide access and check completed works where required.
- Deliver and display notices and correspondence at managed developments.
- Take meter readings, photographs, measurements and other information that may be required by the Property Management Team.
- Provide general administrative support, including updating records, uploading photographs and site notes/documents, preparing notices and maintaining site information
- Assist the Property Management and Compliance Teams with other practical tasks as required.

- Practical, reliable and willing to get stuck in.
- Organised and comfortable managing a varied workload
- Able to work independently and use common sense and initiative
- Observant and confident reporting when something doesn't look right
- Clearly feedback any conerns or issues identified on site to the Property Manager
- Comfortable dealing with residents, contractors and clients.
- Happy spending a significant amount of time out visiting properties
- Comfortable using email, basic IT systems/apps and a smartphone or tablet for inspections and photographs
- Keen to learn about property management, building maintenance and compliance.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
