Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and elevate our guests’ experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
- Ensure all beverages are made according to safety standards, including food safety protocols and responsible serving practices
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Train new staff on drink recipes, customer service techniques, and safety procedures
- Monitor guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional events and special menu offerings that enhance guest engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment, with a strong background in hospitality and serving guests
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Strong communication skills to lead a team effectively and interact positively with guests
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, tab management, and inventory counts
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
