Job Description
We are looking for a PI Paralegal to join our team at Kingsway Solicitors based in Burnage, Manchester, we specialise in road traffic accident and personal injury claims. The PI paralegal will perform administrative tasks to support the organisation’s daily operations as well as handle their own cases of up to 200. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. They will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
Requirements:
- Educated up to GCSE level
- Able to navigate Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- 1 year experience working in a similar role
- Experience using OIC and MIB portals
- experience using Proclaim
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage their task list
- Develop positive relationships with partners
- Regularly communicate with professionals to provide/get updates on claims
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Provide assistance or support to clients
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Schedule, plan and perform administrative duties on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Assist solicitors and paralegals in their duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
