Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily operations at our holiday park's bar and restaurant.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills who is good at planning ahead and anticipating/solving problems. We would like someone who is motivated and proactive to take over responsibility for operations.
The ideal candidate would be a personal licence holder, although your application will still be considered by applicants with relevant experience. An applicant that is local to East Cowes would be preferred. We may be able to offer on-site accommodation to the right candidate.
Please note that the wage on offer is negotiable depending on your qualifications and level of experience, and there is room for this to be increased if the bar and restaurant become more profitable as a result of your input. The hours on offer are also negotiable depending on how many you would like to do, but it is essential that you sometimes be available to work late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Although our bar and restaurant have previously only been open during the summer, this year we are hoping we will be able to keep the bar/restaurant open for longer. Our long-term goal is to be able to keep the bar open all year long.
