Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Section Leader to join our team and drive operational excellence within our facility. As a key leader, you will oversee daily assembly activities, coordinate team efforts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of machine operatives & fabricators, providing clear direction and motivation to achieve daily production goals
- Coordinate workflow schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high quality standards
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist with assembly tasks, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Conduct regular safety checks, enforce safety protocols, and promote a safe working environment for all team members
- Assist in training new employees on assembly procedures, tool usage, and safety practices
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to streamline material handling and optimise cutting processes
Experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on assembly operations
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with safety regulations

Pay: £14.57-£16.66 per hour
