Are you an experienced Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Service Engineer or Construction Equipment Technician looking for something different?
Do you enjoy working with hydraulic attachments, excavators and specialist equipment rather than carrying out routine servicing?
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Attachments Fitter to join a specialist team supporting customers across the construction, demolition and plant hire industries.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll split your time between the workshop, customer sites and deliveries, installing, repairing and commissioning industry-leading excavator attachments while working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team.

The Role
As an Attachments Fitter you'll be responsible for:
- Installing hydraulic excavator attachments on customer machines
- Delivering attachments to customer sites across the region
- Carrying out fault finding, repairs and maintenance on the hire fleet
- Attending customer breakdowns and providing technical support
- Setting hydraulic flows and pressure on excavators (full training provided)
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest safety and quality standards
- Keeping the workshop and yard clean, organised and operating efficiently
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates with experience working on:
- Plant machinery
- Excavators
- Hydraulic systems
- Construction equipment
- Plant hire equipment
- Agricultural or heavy equipment (also considered)
You'll also need:
- A full UK driving licence
- A positive, hands-on attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift or telehandler experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.
