Edge-banding Machine Operator

Design2Fit Kitchens is a long-established, family-run trade kitchen and bedroom manufacturer. We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Beam Saw Machine Operator.
What you’ll do:
- Operate and maintain the Beam Saw
- Keep your work area clean and organised
- Manage workflow and support production deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, adaptable, and reliable
- Comfortable working under pressure
Experience:
- Woodworking or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided.
