We're looking for a reliable, trustworthy and flexible self-employed cleaner to join us, cleaning a small portfolio of Airbnb and rental properties across Tameside and the surrounding areas.
Airbnb Changeovers
Our two Airbnb apartments are located in the same building, making them easy to clean back-to-back:
- 1-bedroom apartment
- 2-bedroom apartment
Duties include:
- Full changeover cleans between guests
- Changing beds and washing bed linen and towels
- Making beds to a high standard
- Replenishing tea, coffee and other guest supplies (provided by us)
- Checking the property is guest-ready and reporting any maintenance issues
HMO Communal Cleaning
We also manage 4 HMOs located in Ashton-under-Lyne, Hyde and Stalybridge.
This includes:
- Fortnightly cleaning of communal areas (kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and shared living spaces)
- Cleaning bedrooms when tenants move out
End of Tenancy Cleans
From time to time, we also require end of tenancy cleans at our single-let properties and our HMO's, these are less frequent but offer additional work when available.
Flexibility Required
This is not a role with fixed weekly hours.
Because of the nature of Airbnb, the workload varies from week to week. Most changeovers are booked in advance, but we do occasionally receive last-minute bookings, meaning a clean may be required within 48 hours. We're looking for someone who is able to be flexible where possible.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional standard of cleaning
- Is reliable, organised and trustworthy
- Can communicate well and respond promptly
- Is flexible with changing schedules
- Has their own vehicle and full UK driving licence, as travel between properties is required
- Has previous cleaning experience (Airbnb, serviced accommodation, holiday lets or domestic cleaning is desirable)
