Summary
We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Front of House Supervisor to support the smooth running of our Front of House operations across all four studios.
This is a varied role combining Front of House responsibilities with operational support across our locations. You'll work regular Front of House shifts while also visiting each studio to help maintain consistency in customer experience, support the implementation of company processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
By becoming an expert in our systems and ways of working, you'll also provide valuable cover across our studios during holidays, sickness, and busy periods, ensuring continuity for both our teams and our clients.
Responsibilities
- Working Front of House shifts across our four studio locations.
- Providing operational support across all studios to help maintain a consistent customer experience.
- Supporting the introduction and ongoing use of company systems and processes.
- Helping teams make the most of booking diaries and appointment availability.
- Ensuring booking systems are used accurately and consistently.
- Working closely with artists to help their days run smoothly and efficiently.
- Providing support during busy periods, annual leave, and sickness cover.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency across our studios.
- Supporting the rollout of new initiatives, systems, and best practices.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, organisation, health, safety, and hygiene across all sites.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or senior customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to support colleagues across multiple locations.
- Confidence using booking systems and administrative software.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with both artists and Front of House teams.
- A flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to travel between studios.
- A genuine interest in tattoos, art, or creative industries is desirable.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Hours & Location
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Rota basis across 7 days.
- Based across all four Skins & Needles studio locations - Middlesbrough, Ingleby Barwick, Durham & York.
- Regular travel between studios is an essential part of the role.
