Marketing, Social Media & Digital Display Designer
We are looking for a creative, organised and reliable Marketing, Social Media & Digital Display Designer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This is a 14-hour-per-week, in-person role.
You will create high-quality marketing content, manage our social-media accounts, produce photos and videos, and keep our in-store TV and digital display screens updated with promotions and company information.
Key responsibilities
- Manage our social-media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Plan and post engaging social-media content, including posts, stories, reels and short videos
- Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, digital adverts and promotional graphics
- Take and edit photos and videos for marketing and social-media use
- Update in-store TV and digital display screens with current offers, prices, promotions, events and announcements
- Work with the team to promote new products, services and special offers
- Ensure all content follows the company’s brand style and is accurate, professional and up to date
- Monitor engagement on social media and respond to messages and comments where required
- Organise marketing photos, videos and design files
Requirements
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or similar design and video-editing tools
- Experience managing business social-media accounts
- Strong creative skills, with a good eye for design, colour, layout and branding
- Ability to create attractive photo and video content
- Good written English and communication skills
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Experience with digital display or TV screen systems is beneficial, but training can be provided
