As an HRIS Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in supporting, maintaining, and developing our integrated HR systems. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, and L&D teams to ensure our HR systems run smoothly, our data is accurate, and our processes are efficient and compliant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on HRIS experience who is looking to deepen their expertise in HR technology and process improvement.
Please note: This is not a data science, software development, or general IT analyst position. Experience with HRIS or HR technology is essential.
- HR Systems Support: Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for group-wide HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- System Enhancements: Assist with the implementation and configuration of new HRIS modules, upgrades, and integrations.
- HR Reporting: Maintain and deliver standard HR system reports and dashboards; ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data (no advanced analytics or programming required).
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system efficiency through better use of HR technology.
- Project Involvement: Support HRIS projects, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and system rollouts.
- User Support & Training: Act as a key contact for HR system users, providing troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective system use.
- Compliance: Ensure HR system processes comply with GDPR, company policies, and relevant legislation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, Payroll, L&D, and IT teams to understand and deliver on business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about HR technology trends and suggest relevant improvements to enhance our HR systems.
- Experience: 3-5 years’ hands-on experience administering and supporting HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar) in a medium or large organisation.
- Technical Skills: Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting HR systems, including user management and troubleshooting.
- HR Data Management: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
- Problem-Solving: Experience resolving HRIS system issues and supporting end users.
- Project Support: Experience supporting HRIS upgrades, module implementations, or integrations.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to train and support HR system users and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Collaborative approach with HR, Payroll, L&D, and IT teams.
- Compliance: Understanding of HR data privacy, GDPR, and other relevant legislation.
- Interest in Innovation: Keen to stay current with HR technology trends and best practices.
- Experience leading or supporting HRIS projects.
- Degree or professional qualification in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with HR data privacy and compliance.
- Experience with process mapping or workflow design.
- Exposure to AI or automation tools in HR (not essential).
