Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, monitoring inventory levels regularly.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, including checking IDs when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to serve customers courteously and efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
