About Us
The Garden Rooms at Tennants is part of Tennants Auctioneers, a fourth generation family business with a multi-purpose venue in Leyburn, Wensleydale. We hold in excess of 80 live auctions each year as well as host conferences, exhibitions, weddings and special events, catering for up to 650 guests. We also have a bistro, café and gift shop which have an excellent reputation both locally and regionally.
The Role
We are currently looking for part-time waiting staff to work in our Garden Rooms Food & Beverage team on a rota basis. Hours of work are flexible, predominantly daytime shifts but with evening shifts as required/available, by prior arrangement. Weekend availability is essential, with weekend shifts on a rota basis to ensure work/life balance for the whole team.
About You
Previous experience of a customer-facing hospitality role, ideally in a venue-based events role, is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, professional team with a strong emphasis on customer service and quality, working within an established family business.
