```Overview:
We are a seeking experienced Roofers to join our growing team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various types of buildings. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
- Remove debris and clean work areas after completing jobs
- Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in roofing
- Experience with masonry work is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
