We are looking for an experienced and reliable Dry Cleaner to join our busy team in Liverpool on a part-time basis.
About the Role
As a Dry Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality garment care and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will work with a variety of clothing and fabrics, operating dry cleaning and finishing equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating dry cleaning and laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspecting garments for stains and selecting the appropriate cleaning methods.
- Pressing, steaming, and finishing garments to a high standard.
- Checking garments for quality before returning them to customers.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Assisting customers with enquiries when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a dry-cleaning environment is essential.
- Knowledge of different fabrics, stain removal techniques, and garment care.
- Experience using dry cleaning, pressing, and finishing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
