About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. From processing orders and managing customer enquiries to coordinating with couriers and internal departments, you’ll be the operational backbone that helps turn sales activity into customer satisfaction. This role is essential in delivering the exceptional service and smooth operations that we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Process and manage customer orders accurately
✅ Handle order inquiries and collaborate with sales and courier teams
✅ Maintain CRM records and track customer feedback
✅ Process sales orders for repairs, spare parts, and calibrations
✅ Organise product returns and manage stock updates
✅ Assist with sales activities, including price inquiries, quotation requests, and referrals to distributors
✅ Review incoming orders for correct pricing, products, accessories, and discounts
✅ Respond to customer queries, including technical queries within your knowledge, or refer to Technical Support
✅ Handle customer issues in a professional and customer-focused manner
✅ Conduct website audits for new and existing partners to improve content
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience: Customer-facing administration role
✔ Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (& CRM systems a bonus), accurate data entry, organisation, and time management, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
