Richden Park Care Home is seeking an experienced and compassionate Complex Senior Care Assistant to join our team.
This is a full-time position covering both day and night shifts, supporting residents with complex care needs and helping to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant is essential.
- Medication administration experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents with complex care needs.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Lead and support the care team during each shift.
- Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with care standards.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to provide outstanding care.
