About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth in the signage industry. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, developing new business for signage products and solutions (such as illuminated signs, wayfinding, digital displays, and shopfront signage for both corporate and SME’s), and building a high-performing national sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build, coach, and manage a team of sales executives and account managers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring client retention and upsell opportunities
- Prepare and deliver client pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy
- Develop the sales pipeline and forecasting, reporting accurately on performance to senior leadership
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policy and profitability targets
- Represent Sinagae Company at industry events, conferences, trade fairs and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant industry, with a proven track record in sales
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Experience managing and developing a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
