Overview
At Childcare Bookings, we help primary schools run high-quality wraparound childcare that strengthens their budgets and supports better outcomes for pupils. We are now looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service via phone and email, by applying their strong administrative skills.
Key Information:
- Salary: £27,000 to £29,000, based on experience
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours, with 30 mins lunch break)
- Location: Our office in Haywards Heath (RH16 3UX)
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in customer service and administration (3+ years).
- Confident managing a high volume of enquiries, in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning in-house software systems.
- Friendly, organised, and motivated.
- Skilled in written and verbal communication.
- Committed to providing an excellent service and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
