Job Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Dental Nurse to join our dental practice.
Bonus and higher salary to those with experience required in - Dental Implant training, Fixed/Removable orthodontics, and Itero scanning.
Excellent communication is a must requirement.
Duties
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilising instruments and setting up necessary equipment
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules using IT systems
- Support with administrative tasks such as organising supplies and managing patient correspondence
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic
- Offer empathetic support to patients, addressing concerns and answering questions effectively
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with dental practice management software
- Solid understanding of nursing principles relevant to dental care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
- Compassionate approach with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care
The successful candidate will provide essential support to our dental team, ensuring high standards of patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Pay: £13.95-£17.50 per hour
