Are you a people person with a knack for keeping things organised? Torque Motor Group is looking for a friendly, capable SERVICE RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER to join our friendly growing team.
We're a forward thinking, appointment only, dealership with a great quality stock of quality used cars. We absolutely pride ourselves on the standard of cars that we source - and even prouder of the service levels that we offer - and we are looking for someone that shares that passion.
The Role
You will be the friendly face and organised hub of our business, working closely with our technical team and co-ordinating across sales, private customer and warranty work. Day to day, you will be:
- Liaising with customers, offering a warm and professional first point of contact.
- Working closely with our technical team, to keep service work running smoothly.
- Coordinating sales work, private customer work and warranty work.
- Updating our CRM system and keeping client communication on point.
- Generally keeping the office ticking along like clockwork.
About You
- Personality counts as much as experience - we're looking for someone warm, organised and generally good with people.
- A background with a main dealer, and experience dealing with customers, would be a real advantage.
- Comfortable juggling several things at once without losing your calm or smile :)
- A team player who wants to be a part of something close knit.
