Duties
- Operate milling machines and other production equipment effectively.
- Utilise hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Apply basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Work with logic controllers to monitor and adjust production processes.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production line.
- Assemble components according to specifications while ensuring quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery relevant to production tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings.
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Experience with materials handling techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative.
