Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Groundsperson to join our dynamic team.
Duties
- Keeping site clear of litter, debris and rubbish by collecting and bagging
- De-weeding/weed control, cutting back foliage and collecting cuttings
- Support projects related to site improvements by preparing sites and assisting skilled tradespeople
- Maintaining signage and supporting site security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Attitude more important than experience
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep and safety standards
- Flexibility with work hours a plus
