- Perform root cause analysis on safety incidents to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
- Organise training sessions for employees on health and safety procedures, including emergency response protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with external agencies during audits or investigations related to workplace safety issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in health and safety management or administration within a corporate environment.
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques to investigate safety incidents thoroughly.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
