Sales Assistant Part Time - Replay Outlet York:
For our REPLAY Outlet in York, we are seeking Part Time (30h) Sales Assistants who are presentable and enthusiastic.
As you are the first point of contact for our customers, your goal is to provide them with the best customer experience as a true REPLAY ambassador. In addition, you maintain day-to-day presentation standards in the shop and ensure that your assortment and stock levels are always up to date.
Your profile:
A positive and enthusiastic person with great communication skills
A good sense of fashion and trends
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is a plus
A flexible attitude; working weekends and evenings is not a problem for you
Ability to identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions
Knowledge of the collection and specific product information
Familiarity with sales targets and KPI indicators
