Salary: £12.71 per hour (£19,827.60)
Working Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Highlea Care, Shildon

The Support Worker Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in thelives of those you support. You’ll help people build confidence, developskills, and live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day is an opportunity tomake a positive impact.
You will:
- Provide personal care and supportingwith eating, medication, and routine
- Help plan and participate in funactivities, trips, and community events
- Encourage independence and celebratingevery milestone
- Assist with daily tasks like cooking,cleaning, and errands
- Build positive, trusting relationshipsthrough listening and open communication
- Support individuals to plan and achievetheir personal goals and ambition
