We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Complex Care Support Workers who have worked with a range of conditions including brain injury. If you have experience with supporting young adults with Brain Injury and challenging behaviours we would like to hear from you. This role requires someone who is passionate about empowering others and making a real difference in peoples lives.
We have a client requiring support in East Hoathly, near the Heathfield/Uckfield area. The location is difficult to access via public transport; therefore, a driver with access to a vehicle is essential. Our Client enjoys accessing community and requires encouragement and support to engage in these opportunities.
Our Client will require support with:
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Meal preparation and supervision while eating.
YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR*
Required Skills/Qualifications:*
- 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker
- Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard.
- Commitment to delivering client specific care.
- Adaptable approach to support client and family members.
- Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
