Commission-Only Sales Representative – Air Conditioning & Commercial Heating

UK Gas Plumbers Ltd is expanding and looking for motivated, money-driven sales representatives to join our growing team.
If you enjoy speaking with customers, closing deals and earning uncapped commission, this is an excellent opportunity.
What You’ll Be Selling
- Air conditioning installation
- Commercial boiler installation
- Domestic boiler installation
- Multi-split & VRF air conditioning systems
- HVAC upgrades
- Commercial heating systems
- Maintenance contracts
- Mechanical building services
Your Role
You’ll run your own sales desk, converting warm enquiries into completed sales.
We generate up to 10 genuine enquiries every day, with new leads arriving throughout the day from Google, our websites, referrals and repeat customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting new enquiries quickly
- Understanding customer requirements
- Preparing quotations
- Following up leads
- Closing sales
- Handing projects over to our installation team
No cold calling. You’ll be working with genuine customers who have already enquired about our services. Daily Hot leads. Busy Phone lines
Commission
- 20% commission on company profit for every job you successfully sell.

Full Training Provided
You don’t need to be an engineer.
We’ll provide fast product and sales training covering:
- Air conditioning systems
- Commercial boilers
- Heating systems
- Surveying basics
- Quoting process
Our systems are straightforward to learn, and our engineering team will support you when technical advice is needed.
Requirements

A full UK driving licence is helpful for carrying out occasional site surveys on larger projects but is not essential.
