The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role where flexibility and teamwork are essential. No two weeks look the same, and that’s a core part of the job.
You will be trained across different parts of the business, including:
- Making and serving Neapolitan pizzas – everyone in this role is trained on pizza preparation and service
- Front-of-house service and customer care, ensuring every customer has a great experience
- Working on our pizza van at events and regular locations
- Supporting local marketing activity, such as leafleting or community engagement
- Helping keep our sites organised, clean, and running smoothly, especially during busy services
Full training is provided, but you’ll be expected to get involved, take responsibility, and adapt to what the business needs on the day.
