About the Role
As a Wingers Crew Member, you will work in Back of House (BOH) to support the smooth running of the restaurant. This is a flexible, zero-hour position ideal for individuals who want adaptable work while being part of a fast-paced, friendly team.
You will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain high food quality standards, and ensure the restaurant stays clean, safe, and efficient.
Back of House Duties
- Preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items following Wingers recipes and quality standards.
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen.
- Following all food safety, allergen, and cleanliness guidelines (HACCP, temperature checks, etc).
- Restocking ingredients and reporting low stock to management.
- Supporting with deliveries, stock rotation, and correct storage procedures.
General Responsibilities
- Upholding Wingers brand values and ensuring high standards at all times.
- Adhering to all health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies.
- Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues and managers.
- Completing any training required for the role.
- Being flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Experience
- No previous experience required — full training is provided.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or kitchen work is an advantage.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
