At Magic Roundabout Nurseries, we hire educators — not just practitioners. We're looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator who takes pride in their craft, leads confidently in the room, and wants a setting that genuinely invests in their growth. Based at our Bristol nursery, this is a role for someone who's ready to step up.
YOU MUST HAVE
- A Level 3 Early Years Educator (EYE) qualification or above — this is a firm requirement
- At least 2 years' hands-on experience in an early years or EYFS setting
- Confident knowledge of the EYFS framework, including observations and assessments
- The ability to communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues
- The right to work in the UK
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Design and deliver play-based learning experiences rooted in the EYFS
- Mentor and guide junior staff in your room, sharing your knowledge and approach
- Build warm, consistent relationships with children and their families
- Track and document children's progress, flagging concerns early
- Maintain safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety standards at all times
- Cover room leadership when needed

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Two satisfactory references
- Enhanced DBS check (required prior to start)
- Overseas criminal record check if you have lived or worked outside the UK in the last 5 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
