Sanya SPA, an award-winning wellness destination, recently recognized as the Best Beauty SPA London 2024 at the England Business Awards, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Beautician to join our team. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services while also managing front desk operations and contributing to our social media presence.
Responsibilities
- Nail Services: Perform manicures and pedicures, including BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) and acrylic applications, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Brow & Lash Treatments: Provide brow tinting, lifting, and lamination, as well as eyelash tinting and lifting, tailored to client preferences.
- Waxing Services: Skilled in brow waxing and body waxing treatments.
- Facials & Massage: Conduct a variety of facial treatments and relaxation massages, using proper techniques to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming clients warmly and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and processing payments.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet business goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build brand awareness.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with all services provided.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- ability to provide manicures and pedicures, including BIAB and acrylics.
- Brow and lash treatments, including tinting, lift, and lamination.
- Brow and body waxing/ threading (nice to have).
- Facials and massage treatments.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a welcoming and relaxing experience for clients.
- Flexibility: Available to work part-time hours, with potential for weekend shifts based on client demand.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote additional services or products.
- Proficiency in makeup application techniques and eyelash extension application is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate starting from £12.50 per hour. Increased to £13.50/ hour if completing a successful 3 month probation
