We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic VR, Golf & Darts Operator to join our vibrant entertainment venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the virtual reality experiences, overseeing golf and darts activities, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Operate and manage virtual reality equipment, ensuring smooth gameplay and guest safety.
- Oversee golf simulation and darts activities, providing guidance and support to guests.
- Assist guests with equipment setup, instructions, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gaming area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Deliver excellent guest services by engaging with visitors, answering questions, and promoting activities.
- Manage bookings, schedules, and event arrangements efficiently.
- Monitor safety protocols during all activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the venue runs seamlessly during operating hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in management or hospitality roles is desirable but not necessary.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Knowledge of virtual reality systems, golf simulators, or darts is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
