About the Role
Victory Bathrooms is looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales & Design Specialist to join our team in Bathgate.
You’ll be working directly with customers in our showroom and actively following up on prospective clients, guiding them from initial design concepts through to final product selection and sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Meet customers in the showroom to understand their space, budget, and design requirements.
· Proactively call and chase leads for bathroom design and installation services to maximize conversion rates.
· Create detailed, realistic 3D bathroom layouts using design software.
· Present product options, prepare competitive quotes, and close sales.
· Manage customer accounts from initial consultation through to delivery.
Requirements
· Prior experience in bathroom sales is strictly required. Due to a very high volume of work and a fast-paced environment, we are unable to offer training at this time and cannot accept applications from entry-level or beginners.
(We will offer training on the designing side)
· Proven ability in proactive lead follow-up and sales chasing.
· Proficiency in 3D CAD design software (e.g., Virtual Worlds, EQ, or similar).
· Strong track record of hitting the ground running and achieving sales targets.
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
