The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across multiple sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion of opportunities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Present tailored solutions to clients by understanding their needs and demonstrating product and service value
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Act as a professional point of contact for customer enquiries and ongoing account management
Organisation & Market Awareness
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and agreements using internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new business opportunities
