Summary
'Service Manager for Supported Living' is a vital role based in the UK, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality supported living services for young people in our community. Located in the Gloucester, this position plays a key part in ensuring our mission to promote independence and respect for young people's rights is realized.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the supported living team to deliver exceptional care tailored to young people's needs.
- Develop, implement, and review care plans to ensure they meet individual requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and personal growth.
- Oversee staff supervision, training, and development to maintain high standards of service.
- Build strong relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements where necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks related to service delivery efficiently.
- Qualifications
- Proven management experience within assisted living or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of care planning and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Experience working with young people or within supported living environments is preferred.
- Level 5 qualifications in leadership and management is a must or working towards it.
