McManus Pubs is looking for an ambitious hospitality operator to become the Managing Partner of The Phipps – one of Northampton's most exciting pubs, where live sport, live music, great food and unforgettable nights come together.
This isn't a salaried General Manager role.

Your Opportunity
As Managing Partner you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, including:
- Growing wet, food and overall sales
- Building profitability through exceptional operational standards
- Recruiting, developing and inspiring a first-class team
- Driving live sport, entertainment and weekly events
- Creating exciting new promotions and reasons to visit
- Maximising food and cocktail sales
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Managing labour, stock and costs effectively
- Building relationships with local businesses, sports clubs and the community
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety and company procedures
