Unqualified Nursery Assistant – Putney, London, SW15
Salary: Up to £13.00 per hour / Up to £30,420 per year (based on 45 hours, depending on hours, age and experience)
Hours: 36 hours over 4 days or 45 hours over 5 days | 8:00am–6:00pm with 1-hour break
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are looking for a motivated Nursery Assistant to work alongside our experienced team, helping to create a safe, engaging and supportive environment where children can flourish. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and early education for all children
- Support the nursery team with the day-to-day running of the setting
- Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging, interest-led activities in line with the EYFS
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
About You
- 1–2 years' previous childcare or nursery experience
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and the EYFS
- Happy working with babies, toddlers or preschool-aged children
- Caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about inclusive early years practice
- Eligible to work in the UK
