A exciting opportunity for a Project Management Director to join this leading development and project consultancy and play a pivotal role in their strategic expansion in London.
You will join a highly regarded team with sound financial backing and strong presence with investors and developers in the commercial and residential sectors. Alongside project delivery, you will work as part of the leadership team to expand the London/UK operations, this will encompass; market strategy, client development, P&L and team leadership.
This is a key appointment for the business, as such, a shareholding will be discussed as part of the package.
You will ideally be a chartered professional with a min 10 years' experience in consultancy project management including experience in a leadership role. Experience delivering private sector commercial and/or residential projects is essential. LG252
