Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions or electronic payments securely and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations throughout your shift
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Experience serving in fast-paced environments with excellent multitasking skills
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating proficiency in coffee making and beverage presentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
