We’re now looking for a Microbiology Laboratory Analyst to join our experienced team. If you have a scientific mindset, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysing client samples and reporting results in a timely, compliant, and accurate manner
- Following SOPs and GMP standards in all microbiological testing and documentation
- Performing method-based testing on a wide range of raw materials and pharmaceutical products
- Investigating out-of-specification (OOS) results and non-conformances (NCRs)
- Supporting the update and maintenance of quality documentation systems
- Monitoring equipment performance and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Participating in continuous improvement activities and maintaining excellent lab housekeeping
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Microbiology or a related life sciences field (or equivalent lab experience)
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory (GMP preferred)
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- A collaborative and flexible attitude to support team goals
