We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our busy vape shop.As part of a well-established national franchise, we offer the stability of a recognised brand while maintaining the friendly, supportive atmosphere of a small local business. We take pride in providing knowledgeable advice and excellent customer service, and we're looking for someone who shares those values.
Vaping & Retail experience and knowledge is preferable, however is not required.
We're flexible on hours and are open to recruiting either one or two part-time team members, depending on the successful applicants. Pay is variable depending on candidate and age.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service.
Providing advice on our range of vaping products and helping customers find the right solutions (full training provided).
Operating the till and processing card and cash payments.
Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays.
Keeping the store clean, organised and welcoming.
Assisting with deliveries and stock management.
Ensuring all sales are carried out responsibly and in line with age-verification policies.
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers.
Honest, reliable and punctual.
Eager to learn about our products and provide informed advice.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team.
Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and occasional additional hours when required.
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
