Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and designs
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging warmly with clients, addressing questions, and ensuring a relaxing experience
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance your skills
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Promote retail sales of nail care products to support clients’ ongoing beauty routines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting
- Proficiency in makeup application is a plus for offering additional beauty services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards for nail care tools and products
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- A valid state license or certification for Nail Technician practice (where applicable)
