Telesales Representative:
** FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE **
37.5 hours a week
To include every third Sunday and occasional Saturdays from April - Oct.
Rate of pay:
Monday - Saturday - £13.60 per hour
Sunday rate - £15.00 per hour
Working hours:
8.30am - 5pm (1hr lunch)
Philip Dennis Foodservice deliver a vast variety of food (fresh fish & butchery, chilled, frozen, ambient & non-food products) to a wide range of sectors including schools, colleges, hospitals, pubs, restaurants, cafes and QSR establishments.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, energetic & proactive individual to join our successful telesales team based in Roundswell Barnstaple.
The job involves answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, accurately processing orders, up-selling additional products, special offers and dealing with customer queries.
You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be confident at selling and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment, together with a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to work calmly under pressure. You will also need strong IT skills, along with excellent communication skills.
