John Osman Groundcare Ltd is a family run well established agricultural & horticultural dealer with over 30 years experience. We supply an extensive range of Machinery across Shropshire, North Wales, Mid Wales and the Midlands. Our leading franchises are Polaris, Kawasaki, EZGO, Cushman, Iseki plus many more leading brands.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Valeter / Machine Wash / Yard Assistant. This is a hands-on role within a busy groundcare and machinery dealership, working across a wide range of equipment and vehicles
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and washing a variety of machinery including: Farm vehicles, golf course equipment, ride-on mowers, compact tractors and utility vehicles
- Valeting machines and vehicles prior to customer collection or delivery
- Assisting to keep the yard clean, organised, and presentable at all times
- Maintaining cleanliness of company vans and fleet vehicles
- Supporting general yard duties as required
-Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence preferred (but not essential)
- Local to the Oswestry area or able to commute
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small friendly team.

Working Hours:
-Initially 3 days per week but opportunity to increase to 5 days per week for the right candidate.
-08:00am - 17:00pm , with 30 minutes lunch break.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
