Project Coordinator – up to 6 month FTC

The Project Coordinator will be required to play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the programme.
The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive task completion and maintain project momentum.
- Provide regular project updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational objectives
- Work closely with Transformation leads, our delivery partner(s) and wider CCM team
- Help to develop training materials and provide guidance to teams involved
- Generate and maintain reports on related project activities
Project Coordinator Specification:
- Right to live and work in the UK, with ability to obtain a DBS application
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar
- Bachelor's degree is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of lean principles, six sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and systems for planning and inventory management, especially Dynamics365 and the Power Platform.
This role will be worked over a 4.5 day week; Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:45 and Friday 08:00 – 12:30. Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team.
