Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Lead Massage Therapist to join our team, providing exceptional massage services both within our clinic and at clients' locations. The successful candidate will possess a very strong understanding of anatomy and massage techniques and massage theory.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction. This role offers flexibility with mobile and clinic-based sessions, allowing you to deliver tailored treatments in various settings. All positions are paid, including internships, reflecting our commitment to supporting your professional development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customised massage therapy treatments to clients in both clinic and mobile environments, ensuring comfort and relaxation.
- Assess clients’ needs through consultation and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming sessions.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and client privacy at all times.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and industry developments through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in massage / sports massage therapy or equivalent certification.
- Very Strong knowledge of human anatomy to deliver effective treatments safely.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Needs to be able to work independently in mobile settings as well as within the clinic environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Valid registration and current insurance as well as DBS clearences.
- A professional attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
Pay: £30.00-£35.00 per hour
